My grandmother gets poor service everytime she calls them, promises they make to her are not kept like the monthly fee promised to be given to her to help her with buying cloths and other important things for my three siblings.. She was asked to get a quotation of the cloths she wanted for them and we have been to every store around our location and they said they don't give quotation and when we called they told her a lay-buy would be fine, now my grandmother spent a December pansion money to lay-buy after she faxed it and called to check the told her they can't accept it. I'm really angry and how this company is doing to her.
