The customer service is shocking. The lady at reception has an absolute attitude. I went to buy 10 bottles and upon finding out that I have to buy a bag of 50 units ( which is completely understandable), Angelique, at front desk told me where I could go buy smaller quantitiesas they supply that particular business. Luckily, before I drove off and went to that place I called the business so I could ascertain the price and if they had availability. They were shocked to hear I was sent to them as they don't buy that particular product I was looking for. I then went back inside to buy the 50 units and let Angelique know that she had sent me to a place that doesn't stock this product and it would have been absolutely inconvenient to go all the wah there. Without even looking at me, her cheeky response was 'well, they do buy some product from us!' As a small business owner I found this very very shocking for customer service. A month ago my husband said, after a trip to GB that he felt so undermined and was given the worst attitude in this business. He Never complains about customer service. I would rather pay a lot more elsewhere than go to this place again.
