This GAME Store has bad customer service. On Sat 3rd April 21 I went to buy a 5 banner gas stove which was on special for R10 999 and it was not available in the store. Actually they told me that they don't keep stock in the store I must collect my product at their Warehouse, that was very inconvenient for me. My wife asked for the floor manager while I was questioning the Sales Man, the floor manager told us the same story that they don't keep stock at the shop it's in the Warehouse, I asked her nicely to organise the Stove to be brought at her store and she argued that their Warehouse is not far from the Store customers do fetch their own products at the Warehouse. To cut the long story short, if a customer goes to buy a product from your store, they expect to find it at the store your arrangements is inconveniencing customers. Otherwise your store manager advised me to go buy at Makro I will get the product immediately....I went to Markro and I got the same product for R10 499. Thanks to GAME Floor Manager.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Left after standing at jewelry counter for 10min, when we asked for assistance the lady called to someone but did not bother to inform us of who and if someone will be assisting us. We left. Very bad service.

Absolutely dreadful. Been trying to get through to the store all day with no luck. Just rings and rings. Sometimes for minutes on end, sometimes for mere seconds. Almost like someone keeps ending the call. Why have a phone if you don't even use it. I phoned baywest management and they said that there's nothing wrong with their phone so they're not sure why there's no answer.

Bought a microwave,not even 2month or 1 and a half old,Product faulty. Game booked it in,gave them enough time to hand it over to Suppliers,After phoning to do a follow up.microwave never left the store.Only after my phone call to Game and the Supplier,the driver was phoned to collect our microwave. This should have been done on Mondat,follow up on Tuesday,Its Thursday today

It was just peferct and everything was wonderful. It is a big and beautiful mall everything i just marvelous. The service..restaurants and games peferct. .

Well laid out, friendly staff and a wide range of items to chose from. Larger than usual with wide walkway and very helpful staff. Way better than the other location further down in the city. Definitely the one to visit when you need to.

I love Baywest especially during the week. It's very spacious and not all that busy. Many interesting shops and eating facilities. Many love watching sports on the big screen at the eating venue . A very relaxing atmosphere. On a Wednesday you don't have to consider the metre as it's free to enter the mall. Usually all banks were reasonably quiet but due to lockdown has become busy.

Awful customer service, don't answer the published phone number, manager was "not in" when I asked, very poorly trained security who asked "are you going in again" when I was at the entrance, then I was asked to leave my trolley at the entrance KIN A MALL?), and still nobody has contacted me. GAME SUCKS!
