POOR, POORER, POOREST SERVICE! Is the extremely poor customer service offered at this store intentional, or am I the unlucky customer?! It's not the 1st, 2nd nor the 3rd time for me to encounter such rubbish service from this store - even before the lockdown. Today I arrived at the store @ 11:45, looking to buy a gas heater. I quickly found three makes, but needed more info on each one. There was no one to assist me. At 12:00 I saw one store employee and asked for help. He promised to get someone to help me. I waited, but no one came. At 12:25 I had no choice but to leave the store. Next time I will never waste my time & energy going there. And from the reviews posted here, it's clear that the store management does not care about what their customers think as there is not a single response posted by them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. No follow through, sales reps are rude and unhelpful. Honestly, will never shop at this store ever again. Its been three weeks since the purchase and still haven't recieved it. GAME in general is not a bad store but they need to hire people who do well with customer service because what i recieved was absolute rubbish.

Great visit on a black friday. Mall still under some maintenance. Bought my self a A8 cyclone drone, saved 500. Lets hope i will enjoy this one. Take some great videos and pictures. I'm just worried about the play time 5-8 minute is it? . Also wanted the Cannon camera but bank account was not on the same whatsupp group. Will visit you again if I'm still around.

I'm at the store right now, staff won't help. Things are out of stock. Price check desks don't work. No one cares.... GAME please sort it this out, I have been in the store for a number of times and nothing has changed.
