Unfortunately this store has permanently closed and is being replaced by a Checkers. Very sad to see it has closed its doors as it was one of the best Game stores around.

This shop does not exist anymore - yet Woodlands Boulevard still lists it. Game's national call centre does not even know that the shop has been closed. Ran around like a fool trying to find it!

I called in to the store this afternoon and enquired what time they close. The operator noted they close at 19:00. But yet when I get to the door at 17:59 I get told to come back the following day and the staff at the door are extremely rude. Not at all impressed with this level of service. Very poor!!!!!

Everytime I go it's not overcrowded. The shop is clean. The cashier's though aren't so friendly

Worst service ever. Be very careful when buying here. Make sure the price you pay is the advertised price. Especially with electronics. 2 Different times they advertised a product and when you go to get it they say it is a different product until you show them the add then they try and tell you the add made a mistake. Also the price of some of their items that they have instore is not the same as the check out price at the till. I think they just change the price on the price tag but not on the system.

Service is good, but workers are more interested in what's going on in their co-workers life than in attending to you. After listening to you they continue their conversation in their own language. You feel like an intruder and not a customer. This is not only Game Woodlands, but at other shops too.
