Will never deal with Remax Toti again. Their statement system and person working with that is pathetic. I am waiting now 21 days for the refund of my deposit. Can just imagine how long I will wait for my Electricity and Water deposit. Getting ignored for the pass 2 days. Very quick to get money from you but when they need to deliver a service they can't deliver. When I complained about no parking available at the unit that I was promised to be sorted I got told that if I am not happy I can find another place.
