Poor service and practices switch and bait - On three occasions the food took more than an hour to arrive. Once you place your order it is not processed until you receive a phone call from the service center usually 15 minutes later and then your order may arrive 45 minutes afterwards. As well, they advertised one price on the website then charge you a higher price upon delivery; when you call of course they say that its not their fault the website have outdated prices, yet they are accepting profits from this bait and switch scheme. Will never use the Sunnyhill location again.

Sunninghill is a great branch! Very rarely get things wrong and on the odd occasion they have, they provide great service to make up for it! I've been dealing with them for many years now and they are by far better than Mr Delivery, who have miserable and unfriendly phone manners and get my order wrong every time I call them. I try to avoid calling them. Delivery Extreme just need to expand their vendor menu a bit, that's all! Alex
