I purchased roof tiles in feb 2021. I took my building plan with me so that I can purchase the correct quantity. Qoutation was provided. After roofing I was left with a lot of stock even though the quantity was provided by them. After contacting them to collect I was told to pay for collection. I felt that was not right as now I had to pay for the error they caused. I then wrote emails, phoned, sent messages to the sales manager and owner. They promised to provide feedback. 3 weeks later I still do not have my refund or feedback. Very disappointed with their service

The most pathetic service of all ever by Marley Roofing. We ordered roofing material via Carrim Hardware took ages to be delievered. After a call for confirmation of delievery they dont show up on the day of the delivery. Call centre service is useless and agents so unhelpful and uninformed of their work. I advice everyone out there never use this guys. I am still waitng after paying R40 000 on roofing material

I'm so disappointed with the service i received today at Marley in Olifantsfontein .I was inquiring about the slate roofing tiles and the lady i found was not helpful at all. First of all, there was no body at the reception and i was referred to the office(is on the left when you enter the reception area), i found the lady and since i wanted the slate tiles, i wanted clarity but she was not willing to help, her attitude is very bad. I'm so so disappointed and regret for going there. May someone please speak to the lady and teach her manners, she's very bad, her attitude is unacceptable.
