Moving team badly damaged our gas braai and then tried to hide this damage from us. Months later we are still waiting for our braai to be repaired and returned by their team as per the contractual agreement. The point of contact from the Quick Move team we’ve been liaising with hasn’t returned calls in connection with us querying progress on fixing this braai and is now avoiding our calls. The team over promise and haven’t delivered on what they have committed to. Hugely disappointing. I’d never use them again.

Excellent service. They moved our entire factory and office in 1 day and were incredibly helpful and lenient with extra requests. Without a doubt I'll use them for all future moves!
We received a quote soon after completing their online form. The quote was competitive compared to other companies. They were able to assist us with an urgent move for the next day. The movers arrived right at the specified time and were extremely professional and worked very hard to move everything for us. We will use them again for future moves and recommend their service to anyone, you won't regret it.
I got several quotes (I am still waiting for Biddulphs by the way). Also Economovers, Girls on the Move (consistently much more expensive than anyone else), Pickfords (slow turnarounds), Eddie's Transport (don't know what's happened to them over the years, changed hands, I think - I won't even approach them again), and Eezimove who I initially found to have a fast, fair and reasonable quote turnaround, but who was then shirty during a phone call, which doesn't work for me. So, I ended up using Quick Movers, a little late to come to the house at appointed time to give me my very first quote (late is one of my pet peeves, sorry Shaniqua), but after that UNBELIEVABLY GOOD, organised and fair, fast turnaround times on quotes, fast but careful on moves, on time for moves, no attitude from anyone, no expectant anything, dealing with stuff that needed to be hoisted in their stride, and then, when I had to cancel the very last (paid for in full) move within 48hours of said move (I had had several moves for this one big move), Shaniqua simply said "no problem" and refunded me the entire amount. I now completely trust them and will not use anyone else.
After many delays in regards to moving due to COVID-19, Shaniqua was most helpful and understanding. The crew was professional and even went out of there way to assist me with the move. I am very happy with the service they provided.
Possibly the worst experience of my life. Quick movers where Quick to quote and that's where it ends. They hook you in and then let you down. They First quoted on a 12 ton truck from my inventory list, then did a site visit and upped the price by R3000 for a 14 Ton truck. They arrived at 6pm to load our goods in a 10 Ton truck and I advised them it will not fit, they continued to load. Once the truck was full the following morning with the rest of our belongings sitting on the pavement, they called me and said they will only be able to transport what is in the truck and the rest will only be able to be moved in 3 weeks time. I fought back, they then loaded another truck with the rest of our goods and advised me that they are on the way to the new site- Which was a lie. They then took our belongings back to their site and unloaded everything onto an open trailer, they then left 4 hours later at 6pm, for a 7 hour drive, the whole time telling us that they are only an hour away. We waited up the whole night thinking that they were only an hour away and until they finally arrived at 2am. With only 2 staff to unload the whole truck. The unloading to an excruciating and back breaking 7 hours with us doing most of the work. I requested that they refund my for the difference for using the smaller truck and the inconvenience, thats when they ignore your communications.
What a pleasure dealing with Quickmovers. They were on time (early in-fact). Went over and above to ensure everything was safe and transported. Friendly service with continuous communication. What a great team. I am definitely using them again with my next move.
I moved on 22/2/2020 What an excellent bunch of workers. None of my stuff damaged. 2 bedroom home office moved in under 4 hours. Will definitely recommend them.
