Genius truly sets itself above any other private tutoring company. It's bushiness philosophy is something any business could aspire to. Under the Genius code of conduct, I found myself spending 7 hours preparing for a single client who had specific needs that I needed to cater for. These 7 hours were of my own volition, but it was an activity I wanted to do because of how relevant it would be for the client, and for myself. I cannot another business that inspires so much in their tutors to go above and beyond for their clients. "If the way we teach does work, we change the way we teach". Genius adapts to every clients need through a thorough training process and briefing so that every client receives the best personalized tutoring experience.
