When I bought my Honda Generator I knew I bought quality. It took nearly 4 weeks since I called u guys to move it from sellers house to mine, I even asked you to service my Generator which you quoted me and I happily paid for all. The installation guys did a very good job , but now that I Needed it for load shedding the problem arises. Surely you invoiced me for servicing my Generator but the very first time I used it after you it’s misfiring? They told me before delivering that everything is just fine and that it runs smooth? I would like to know if your smooth includes misfiring ? Can someone please help me?

Either Dishonest or Incompetent: Genpower came to service my petrol 10kva Honda unit and it didn't work anymore after they left. On following up with them, they told me that I needed a new carburettor and fuel pump and sent me a quote for over R9878. I asked another company to check the generator and they told me the choke cable was unhooked and the choke was stuck in the open position. The repair cost me R750 for the callout...

It is seldom that one finds a service company so focused on their clients. Willie and Yolande are two amazing people who know their onions. No problem is too big or small for them to sit straight up and deal with it. Bad communication is the downfall of many companies, but Genpower continually gives feedback on all the requests until they have been completed, regardless of the time of day or night! Excellent service Genpower, keep it up!
