Fino Hospitality works with full transparency with the Owner and the rest of the professional team, keeping all parties informed as the project develops. Dedicated Software: Fino Hospitality developed our own bespoke procurement software that tracks each item from budget to purchase order, to payments, through the production, shipment and final installation phases. At the end of the project the software compiles a detailed Asset Register at a click of a button. Cost Analysis and Consultancy Services: In addition to procurement we also offer Cost Analysis services to our clients. Fino Hospitality will review our client’s budgets or tenders to ensure that the product rates are market related and suits the product and grading they are intended for. Fino Hospitality will also prepare budgets, either high level or detailed depending on our client’s needs, which can be used to arrange finance, plan cash-flow, etc. Design Review: Fino Hospitality will review the concept design and/or design specifications to ensure that products are fit-for-purpose and are compliant with Operator Brand Standards. We will consider the practicality of the products, what benefit to they add to Operations and the Owner.
