My dealings with Warren at George Spring Works exceeds all forms of disappointment. I found Warren a bully that only looks after his own interest. After taking three different forms of precaution (showing the truck, chassis nr and measuring the made Ubolts before cutting the old once), they were still wrong! No attention to detail, no precision. This was after waiting a week longer for the U-bolts after the spring blade arrived. Warren did not except any responsibility except a refund of a mere R700. I was forced to order original parts (R2600 each) with extra overnight cost of R1000.00. Warren showed no inclination of the desperate position, effecting not only my business, but also that of my customer, due to his negligence. I would strongly suggest dealings with Warren only if you have time to spare. Also make sure he gives you a itimised quote. A hugely stressful and dissapointed experience
