I've been riding here for almost a year now, I've met some amazing people there. The pump track is well maintained and would 100% recommend going there if you have bike. Although, I've had a few crashes there myself. I would say the pump track is for beginners to build up confidence on a bike or just an intermediate rider looking for adrenaline. Amazing cafe with delicious food and workers that are willing to help out if you have a problem.
