They did not do my wedding so I don't know what they actual event is like. But They were rude and unprofessional when I went for a quote. Actually made me upset and defensive. Basically told me I didn't look like I had enough money. I wasn't wearing the smartest clothes that day but they didn't even ask. I had a good budget. They Were condescending, uninformative, and I immediately decided not to use them. This is however just my experience at reception in 2018.
Price and service
We had Sam from the ISP group arrange and play at our wedding at Yellowoods, Great Brak river on the 8th Feb. I did not have much time to arrange anything in detail, just called and booked ISP group for the day. They arrived really early and got setup way ahead of time and though I did not get to take a look at their equipment, it all looked and sounded great. They were attentive, played requests when asked and did a really professional job. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
