Waited 50 min in line for my order. When I got my order they did not have choclate for the ice cream. Ice cream was very water like and iced, not soft and creamy.

Chips was as cold as something coming out of the fridge. Chicken was luke warm and oily. Not my first such experience, not only at the one KFC. I used tge drive through and was late for meeting someone and couldn't turn back, otherwise I would have. Loved KFC...But the love of it is starting to disappear... Even the photo shows the chips not looking fresh...

100% Food and service excellent. I still wish that KFC must not ask the same price for wings as other pieces or make wings part of a Streetwise 2/3.
