My whirlpool washing machine broke, after several calls to different companies, I finally managed to get competent people who assisted me very kindly. They did not try to get rich over night, and knowing that I needed the machine to work as soon as possible, they even contacted me after hours for technical support. My problem was sorted. A week later, Tertius contacted me to follow up if the machine is in good order. Will definitely recommend them!
The owner phoned me back after my insurance company "Bryte" said they could not get hold of them to respond to a service request. It seems that the truth is rather that Megatech prefer not to do work for "Bryte" as their payments terms are not favorable. I therefore appreciate the feedback from Megatech and revised my service rating from 1 to 5
A month ago I made an error in judgement and called this company to have put stove repaired by them. Firstly they struggled to get hold of my landlord for payment for a few days, ther harassed me non stop over the phone and I was more than willing to assist as I needed the stove back in the flat and I was on my landlords case daily. She made payment on the 4th for the stove that they claimed to already have repaired. I sent the proof immediately and they gave me some story that their driver broke his back and they’d come back to me. The way they speak to clients on the phone is appalling mind you. I have been calling them for about 2 weeks now for them to deliver the stove and NOTHING!!! All I get is attitude over the phone from Tertius. I am just a tenant who pays rent who’s getting the raw end of the deal. First I had to pressure and follow up with my landlord and now that I accomplished that mission, this company is refusing to deliver the stove. Everyday I call them they say ‘it will be today sometime’ it’s been 2 weeks now! Latest is that they are ignoring my calls. Please stay away from using this company! They have terrible service, they do not communicate properly with the clients, unprofessional and expect lots of delays when dealing with them. The worst is the attitude from Tertius. I’m not sure what his position is at the company but he is the reason I’ve had to resort to this. I feel helpless and frustrated at this point.
