This is probably the worst agency I have ever approached to purchase a property. A 1/5 is too good and they technically should be a -5. Remember they represent the seller and will deliberately deceive you just for a sale. Their contracts come from the 80s and doesn't even reference the Consumer Protection Act. Do not deal with this agency or their agents in George. Make sure your OTP references every compliance bylaw, national legislation and most importantly use the services of an Independent Inspector before finalising the contract.
