I am impressed by the service and the flexibility (to allow urgent requests) and performance of the lab processes. I received the result of my PCR test electronically after less than 6 hours and well in time. Not sure if this means anything to anybody, but I can assure that thePathCare process (in George) for PCR testing is more efficient by an order of magnitude compared to what we have in Germany at the moment.

The accounts department of this company is shocking! They do not send an invoice but send a SMS offering 20% discount for phoning a number which they do not answer (I tried 3 times). They then send emails asking for payment – still no invoice. They then send an invoice – no banking details. I lost a 20% discount due to their incomitance and they refuse to acknowledge it! They are well known for shocking accounts but this takes the cake….last time I’ll ever use them – my advice….look elsewhere.

Very poor performance. We had to wait 7 days for the result of a test that lancet does in less that 12 hours. Highly recommend that PathCare be avoided.
