The driver was meant to pick up same day and stated that no one was at home even though we were waiting for him the whole day. Our next day delivery ended up taking longer than expected because of that. We received no apology after complaining and were told that no one was there to issue the parcel.

Confirmed with supervisor that my wife, who has power of attorney in hand, can sign for parcel addressed to me. RAM did not show as promised on said day and when arrived next day the driver could not delivered b/c I am not personally there to sign - called supervisor who then instruct driver that power of attorney does not suffice. Good grief. Sorry RAM thumbs down all the way

Nice service.
RAM Courier service does not even earn 1 star because, they are the worst I have ever encountered I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. My parcel had to be delivered the next day but was only delivered two days later. Poor service !!
