Service with a smile Clean and neat Food served quite promptly Well priced and decent portions! I actually preferred my chicken and cashew nuts dish more from Shan Rice than simply asias dish Garden Route Mall that cost almost twice as much and half the serving size! Will definitely be back during our trip to George

Well priced, great food. What more do you need. I have visited a few times and have always been greeted with a smile and food always stays constantly good. Hoping Shan Rice will become an old favorite in George.

I'm not sure whether they had to make use of alternative ingredients due to the lockdown , but this food was not up to standard. It was ordinary spaghetti cooked in soy sauce and 5 spice. I'm sorry but I couldn't taste anything else. Quite bland.

Having been disappointed by other Asian style take outs, I had high expectations for this new place. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorsome Chop suey. The chicken was minimal but so tender. The veggies were great, crunchy. The Deep fried pork was also super tender with crispy batter. It had a great flavor without needing the sweet dipping sauce. Prices were really good too. Will go back. R199 fed 3 of us.

Maggie is a legend so sweet and friendly if it's Chinese food then Maggie is your first call. I went to try on recommendation the Thai Restuarant in Ironside Road. What a rude man I turned around and am at Maggie now. If you have vegans in your party or family give the Thai restuarant a very wide berth
