Used to go to Gerald Wells years ago when Gail worked there and I stopped when she left. Went back for a cut because she has moved to another country. So utterly disappointed. Was spoken to so rudely by the stylist, yet she was quiet chirpy to a well known customer. I have really thin hair and after my cut, it looks even more thin. I now have to wait for it to grow out and find another stylist. Really frustrating.
