Ek wou net twee spesifieke vrae vra oor wat hulle aanbied, nadat ek baie huiswerk gedoen het. Die persoon wat ek mee gepraat het, het egter nie belang gestel om te verstaan wat my behoeftes is nie, 'n klomp van haar eie aannames gemaak en my begin bombardeer met opinies. Toe ek vir haar vra om my net die inligting te gee wat ek gevra het oor wat hulle bied sodat ek self kan oordeel wat vir my sal werk het sy my kort geknip en vir my gesê ek moet eerder my kursus iewers anders gaan doen. So, ek dink nie hulle het die regte gesindheid nie. Vreemd want op hulle webwerf nooi hul mens uit om hulle te bel en jou behoeftes te bespreek. Hulle noem ook privaat klasse op die web, maar toe ek daaroor vra was die antwoord net dat dit te duur sal wees.
