I have given up with this company which is a shame because the website and the products look good. I have sent countless emails and whatsapp's and no one gets back to you. The thought of giving a deposit to someone that cannot bother to reply to me let alone deliver is not going to happen.

I called Melissa on Tuesday afternoon asking for an invoice so that I can book a jumping castle for my daughters birthday. She clearly said to me that I can send my details to her via Whatsapp and she will send an invoice the next day. It is now Thursday afternoon and I am yet to hear from her. She refuses to answer any calls. This so called "service" is shocking to say the least. I would definitely not recommend Adventure Party Hire as the "service" is NONE EXISTENT!!! Reading other reviews can confirm this.
