I have been calling regarding my order, no response on both numbers, I am extremely frustrated and fast losing my patience. I find this highly unprofessional and highly disappointing. If you can not provide the service that you promised, why rush to accept my money and proceed to blatantly ignore any attempt to reach you....?

Struggling for weeks to reach mobile, landline and a voice at the end of this poor service delivery. Emails now not being responded to either... everyone has had challenges with covid Amanda! We may not be happy with the delays and challenges you keep reminding us of, but have the courtesy to respond and we may be more amenable to understand. I'm in the service delivery industry and would be happy to assist with your shortfall on customer service in exchange for the simple refund I have repeatedly queried.
Scam? Still waiting for book ordered 5 January 2021. No response to emails or sms's... should show zero stars!
I have emailed and called regarding my order multiple times to no avail. This is extremely frustrating and I need the text books urgently as my daughter is writing a test this week. I was told I would get the books within 18-25 days. It’s been more than that and I’ve received no correspondence. It is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. My money was taken, I was given a date and yet no delivery or help has been given.
After ordering the books online on 26th Jan, and paying immediately as requested, I was told that the books were not in stock, and would have to be ordered. If it was indicated on the website that they weren't in stock, I would have gone elsewhere. After weeks of sending emails, and very slow responses from Amanda and Elizabeth, I finally received 3 of the books on 24th Feb. The 4th book was ready yesterday, which I made a special arrangement to collect, in the driveway because of Amanda's covid regulations, as I refused to pay another R90 courier. (I live in he same area). Shocking customer service, and mis-leading website
If there was the option for no star I would give it. Placed my order on the 13th of Feb. No correspondence accept accepting my order. Phoned so many time with no answer. Was very quick to take my money. When I log in it still shows my order is processing. There was nothinf on the online ordering saying anything about this delay. This is unacceptable. I just wish I read the reviews before spending my money. Now my son has to do school work with no books! Terrible!would not recommend ANYONE to buy here. Please stay as far away as possible! My order still says processing.. 10 days later! Also it seems like their excuse to everyone online is Covid. Sorry... a year later the covid excise just doesn't cut it anymore.
I dealt with Elizabeth from Amanda Johnson books this week. I will give her 10/10 for customer service. I urgently needed a textbook which they didn't have in stock. She managed to get me a copy and courier it to me in 2 days. She was extremely helpful and definitely went the extra mile. Well done Elizabeth!!! Would recommend them anytime!!
No indication of stock levels on website. Once you place the order and pay then you get told that there are huge delays. Been waiting for more than a month with no updates on my order. Calling number never get answered and emails take days to respond.
