Below par work. They promised to come and fix the mess they left and blocked my calls and WhatsApp messages. Don't care about customers. Do not pay before thoroughly checking the work if you use them. Also fake 5 star feedback from Gail working at the same company, she also blocked my calls for shoddy workmanship. All the locks had to be replaced a month after they changed them.

Scam locksmith. Stay away below par quality work. Reply: You do not decide to install a gold, silver and a bronze lock because you do not have the same lock without asking the owner if that is fine. When I called you, you tell me they are the same while they do not even look alike despite the different colors. You promise to come back and check them then you block my calls and WhatsApp. You call yourself professional? You installed sub quality locks that broke in a month hence you picked scraps from your tool box explaining different colors and types.
