Chiropractic is so much more than just clicking your back or re-aligning your spine. This includes, but is not limited to, acupuncture, acupressure and targeted massage. Dr Charmaine Young is very skilled, patient and helpful. At Better Backs you will receive great advice on how to better understand your body, some helpful stretches if needed and you will always feel better once your session is complete. I am truly grateful to have been introduced to and treated by Dr Young. I definitely recommend Better Backs and Dr Young.

Dr Young was the only available chiropractor and handled me with the utmost professionalism and understanding as I had to bring my 8-month old son along. I had to breastfeed him during our session and she understood completely, even took out a breastfeeding pillow and made me comfortable while she continued working on my back.
