The gym is beautiful and spacious, and has enough waits for every member. Only the electrical gym machines are not regularly serviced.

I am shocked to see no reviews being attended to I wonder why, well I am ought to cancel my subscription due to the fact that I feel like I did not get what really attracted me from the get go. When I initially joint I thought they would look after my kid in the creche section and all the sudden there was some reshuffling happening and did not get a chance to go with my daughter there, and one of the worst experiences I had was with the equipment that was not working most of the time. I loved the idea of going to the gym but if I don't get what I pay for then I might as well cancel I will join some other time.
I am very much shocked ,their sales person Zipho misinformed me ,instead of firstly explaining the contract to me he made me fill in on their machine my banking details while saying it is just to verify my details since I am a foreigner,all the while he was loading a12month contract to be debited from my account without my consent and under the guise that he is just "verifying "my details. I made it clear to him from get go that I don't want any debit orders I want to do a cash month to month and yet he went ahead and loaded a debit order still saying he is just verifying ny details I even asked why do you need my pin to verifying ny details,he just said its to load you as a member . after he gave me the slip with all my account details saying I have consented to a debit order of which I threw a tantrum over because I clearly told him I did not want a debit order,he then now tries to explain the contract and that it is a binding 12month contract,.i then spoke to a Pule and explained why I was upset and he also was initially rude and said I am wasting his time,but later explained to me why he was initially upset. PULE was kind enough to help ,since the contract has a 5day cancellation period I immediately had it cancelled on the spot,and apologised for Ziphos incompetence.and if they ever debit my account there will be war. I am very much disappointed at them ,you do not scam people into joining your gym, that is fraudulent behaivour.

I would have given them 5 stars, but thier equipment is old and some of it doesn't work \u200d️\u200d️\u200d️
