I got scammed by the sales rep (name: PROSPER) at Sandton City who told me I had to pay for demonstrations & since i planned to purchase a few chair for family members so I paid. Three salesmen quoted me 3 different prices which is what made me skeptical about everything. I later contacted the owner& was told demonstrations are FREE& quoted the actual price. I demanded my money back, the owner was very helpful even though Prosper denied it. Prosper then told me to take my business elsewhere& was more disrespectful because he was in trouble. Now I see why people walk passed& are not interested in the company. Disappointment, I would advice not to do business with such people.

This Africa guy very short (sales) very condescending. Probably acts gigantic probably because he has little man syndrome. He decided that I can't afford a massage chair. Ridiculous!! Here you will be judged by how they see you. He just blatantly ignored me. HomeMakersExpo Ticketpro Dome - February 2018. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to a place where their principles will change depending who they are dealing with.
