Poor manufacture, installation and after sales service. Order placed 1st November 2019. 3months later and the installation is still not complete. They have been to my site 8 times already: 1.\tFrosting design was incorrect. 2.\tSkew blinds brought to site, even after saying they where inspected at their office. 3.\tTorn material in blinds. 4.\tKitchen blinds x 2 are cut by hand and damaged. They expected me to accept the installation like this 5.\tEnsuite blinds are all wrong colour. 6.\tMain bedroom blind x 1 is the wrong dimensions. 7. Installers pitch up without the correct tools 8. They commit to dates and times to correct the defects, and then they do not pitch up or communicate without me having to follow up. 9.\tThere is no sense of urgency to correct these. 10. Today, ,7th Feb 2020 was meant to be the final installation date with all the corrections. They did not pitch up and did not communicate with me as to why not.
