Hi. I went to the court on Monday to get summons issued. The clerk was not very helpful, would not even give me eye contact while speaking to me. I was told to leave the summons in a tray and someone would contact me via email when they were issued. I had to ask how would they when they don't have my email address, which the clerk insisted should have been inserted on the summons (there is no request or mention of email address on the summons that were drafted). Anyway, it is Friday today and I have not heard back. The court number provided in this site just rings and goes to voice mail. How can I get in contact with the clerk directly? Any assistance would do please.
