Every time without fail, there is at least a 30 min wait to be helped when collecting. The despatch staff are arrogant and unwilling to assist in any way that might seem to be more than what they are required to do. In essence, the bare minimum at all times! With the despatch staff at their premises interacting with the client, and thus being the faces of the company, you would think they would put more effort into their customer relations training.
