Service is excellent thanks to Zina and other gentlemen on duty today. Bt there was a lady behind me (then there was a pensioner infront of me Zina busy assist him) I believe she called a Manager n complain she's not assisted and Zina was so hurt shame. Bt it's fine in life we have ppl that thinks they are better than others n wants/demand special attention.
