Sizwe is a good service advisor...I wish he'd introduce himself when calling though :) As for the service on my vehicle: big stain of some sort fluid was on my driver's seat, plastic bag left in footwell, but the biggest gripe was that my brakes did not work well during a hard brake as the technicians "cleaned" them? There was just a sponge in the pedal until I hit the footwell wall. Thank you ABS. Got a little better as I drove home, but may have to be sent back for adjustment. Brake fluid reservoir was overfull as well, had to siphon some out.

My new installed coolant bottle was leaking and I called Justin to explain the problem, within 15 minutes, he sent out the technicians and drivers to my place and have the problem sorted out. Justin the service consultant was helpful and understanding from the onset. Such a service is outstanding, keep it up.
