I bought the double garage door last year at pg glass kuruman till now is no fitted properly. The door is scratching the wall and the top panel is tilted 45c. And the bottom rubber is shorting.the door is also have 5 cm opening at the bottom. I also bought 2 standard aluminum to replace the wooden doors. I was inform to remove the frames and the wooden door, which I did.i stood 3 days with an open house cause pg glass never came. When the came after 3 days the just screwed the door with 4 small nails, I mean how is the door supposed to be fix and stable the wall not even fitted properly and is scratching the floor. My other aluminum door is accumulating dust in my garage cause I'm scared to break again and stay 3 days with the unsafe and unlocked houses.

"PATHETIC" I booked my car in for a replacement windscreen for Thursday 26 March 2020. I personally went to PG Autoglass on Tuesday 24 March to make the appointment. On the 26th I dropped my car as scheduled for 8am. As the national lock down was to be implemented I needed to get a lot done on the day, which I explained when leaving my car. Some time later I was called to say I must bring my car back after 2pm. I explained that was impossible as I needed the vehicle. On my arrival to collect my car it was clear nothing had been done. I was furious but agreed we could make a plan. I was assured the regional manager would call me shortly to assist. After quite some time I had still heard nothing. I had to call PG glass. I was asked when I could come in. I said I would cancel my trip to Potchefstroom to make it possible. I was told I would be called should there be any changes to the now 3pm appointment. As discussed I arrived at the Midrand branch just before 3pm to find they had closed, without even bothering to inform me. I tried calling the branch and the number just rang endlessly. Needless to say, I think the service and professionalism is pathetic!!! I can't believe anyone remains in business with this don't care attitude.
PG GLASS MENLYN. Bad service if you can call it SERVICE. Called me 2 weeks back and arrange for fitment receive call cant get winscreen no one have stock not even agents. Call me Monday to say got windscreen must be their Wednesday but arrage it for Friday08:00 Took leave at work. Friday morning 7:50 got to PG Menlyn not open yet 8:10 i went in where i waited for someone to help me where i noticed the fitters and rest of staff are still comeing in then makes coffee. A man came to ask me if he can help me and look on system and called manager where he informed me the dont have windscreen and not even the BMW agents have stock and said they will call me i told him you called me and send sms saying you received windscreen he played dumm. I left 100 meters away to Classfit ask if they have stock said they do have. I Called BMW MENLYN THEY HAD 7 WINSCREEN IN STOCK. Classfit with in a hour i was on my way. Maybe service is why Classfit Menlyn where busy and PG CLASS Menlyn was not even open. GLASSFIT MENLYN THANK YOU.
