Staff dont wear masks properly very disappointing

Ordered a bag of Sodium Hydroxide and had to send a courier there twice before they could collect because of a stock take. Would have been nice if the informed customers of this. Courier delivered the bag today and the incompetent bunch gave them a bag of Caustic Soda. Now they are closed for Christmas !!!. USELESS! You don't even deserve one Star
