Ridiculous service over the phone for the bedfordview branch, got told they don't have spinach so I asked to substitute with chicken or add extra on to the bill, the gentleman over the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked to speak to the manager he insisted that he is the manager! Disappointing to say the least!!!

Waited an hour and a half for my french loaf to be delivered, it was ordered toasted so naturally it should be warm on arrival. It was not. I called the restaurant to find out where the driver was, they advised me that delivery time cannot be estimated due to there only being two drivers who deliver a number of orders in one trip. I truly think this is very bad management given that they do not partner with Uber eats or Mr D delivery. Which should be considered to avoid customer disappointment. Other than that my sandwich was still tasty regardless of the condition it was in, the bread had hardened due to the long delivery time and they should remove the option of having your sandwich cut in two or three sections if they are not going to care to do it anyways. Definitely the biggest disappointment from my favourite food place. The driver also had no idea that my food had been paid online already and stood expecting payment, this is just uncomfortable and should really be avoided. I had to sternly tell him that it was in fact paid.

Made us a platter for our wedding, it was OK but I didn't understand their sandwiches they were made with half brown and half white, literally one side white the other brown, but quite tasty

Waited and hour and 20 minutes. Spicy lunch box was ok but the crispy bacon chicken mayo was really not as I know Sandwich Baron. Mayo was definately watered down. But so we learn.

NOPE. No thanks. R60 wasted on a stale sandwich Not how I remembered SB from years ago. Should've gone to Woolies and bought a Sandwich instead.
