This place is utterly useless!!! Not only do they take 2 hours to deliver, they can't even get a simple two person order right. Delivered completely the wrong food!! Won't ever use them again!!! UPDATE They eventually brought what I ordered, NOT! Again wrong, this time right items, but the toppings mixed up. Half of what should be one on the other, one topping missing, and one topping we didn't order at all!!!

Our company used to order on line all the time (Staff lunches/ Banting breakfasts and platters for customers), until an incident in March 2017 when a driver was over an hour late (for a specificly requested and confirmed time) and the platter arrived manhandled. There was no sufficient feedback from SB and we decided not to use them again. Earlier this year I thought I'd give them a chance again. Food arrived over an hour late and was ice cold- gross. Our accounts lady tried them a few weeks ago- Banting breakfast took well over an hour and a half to arrive and food was cold too. You've lost a bunch of customers here due to terrible service.

Food Good as always, but very dissapointing delivery service as this is the second order that has taken almost 1 hour and 30 mins to deliver... 10-09-2020, ordered again today and another hour and a half wait. Will be my last order.

I thought our company will give them a try, we ordered for the first time today. Big mistake!! After an hour waiting for the food I phoned them ,and like the previous reviews, she informed me that they are still waiting for a driver, so it can still take another hour or so waiting,. Needless to say I canceled the order. We won't be making use of they're services again!!!

Just disappointing Lambton branch takes 2 hours to deliver, when your are only 5km away, then when try calling them, more than three times, you hold on for a few minutes , just so they can put the phone down in your ear...... Pathetic.
