There is an Indian lady with glasses who runs this store. She is not always there and I don't know her name. You can tell she has a strict management style by how the Staff stand straight when she's around. Nothing is more important to her than the customers. I could see in my peripheral view she's listening to what I am saying at the till, next time you come you never have that same issue again. Once she came up to me and asked what was wrong. I told her then she smiled and said nothing. But I've never had that issue since. That's 3 years ago I can't recall details of the incident. but I feel important as the customer whenever I go in there. Customers matter here. They don't have a "plenty of fish in the sea" mentality about it
