I have just had a terrible experience at Total Senderwood, Johannesburg. I requested Delight, petrol attendant to fill up my car and to put 2.5 air pressure. My tank was half-full and I knew the range at which I was supposed to pay. After filling up, he told me the valve of the air pressure was to big for my right rear wheel, despite having used it for the other wheels. So he said I must drive to the other pump near the entrance. He charged me R490,62 instead of R390,62. After paying, I drove back and luckily no car had filled up yet. I could see in the review mirror that he was worried. When I asked him why he lied, he didn't not behave like someone who committed an error or sorry but he was written quilty. As a Psychologist, I could see that he was lying. I went to the cashier, Christan and I asked to speak to the manager, he said there was no manager. I requested supervisor, he said there was no supervisor. I then mentioned that I was going to contact Total National, only then he gave me the number of Vul and gave me my money back with the correct printed slip. It was clear that the two of them are running a fraud and they were not apologetic at all.

Best gas station in jozi. Has a mugg n bean, steers, 24/7 car wash, 8 petrol pumps, seated smoking section and a small bakery. Very convenient but always very busy
I was pulled up about 725am to put in petrol the petrol attendant while walking to up to my car starts complaining about and talking about me in his language to the attendant next door and is under the impression that I don't understand what he is saying even while throwing in petrol continues and he continued telling his colleague about me in his language saying that I'm there everyday and nagging about the amount that I top up with. I then confront him about he then threw his hands and walked away when I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told they coming in at 10am and of which I failed to believe it's true because it's a situation that could have been sorted on the spot and I would like to complain because I received bad service and in the process I was disrespected I drive a green Mazda 323 kch205gp
Been waiting 10 minutes in the car wash bay, my car hasn’t even Beene rinsed yet. Terrible planning as there are only two people working, 5 cars being vacuumed, 3 waiting to be washed. The car behind me even left!!! Up your game mates.
This is the second time that I stopped for a coffee at the garage. The service was terrible and not very forthcoming with information. I was trying to pay for 2 pies, only to be informed that I need to pay at Mug and Bean. Before 6 in the morning the service is excellent, but after that, good luck.
I won't be coming back here, honestly the car wash is a rip off you wait in a queue for 30-40min for a subpar wash. My car was very dusty when I brought it in, he gave it a light spray then used the same rag to wash my rims and then the rest of my boot undoubtedly creating scratches. While this was going, before I could say anything a gentleman and his son approached my car and pursued a long argument because something was stolen from his car. The Golf behind me even grew impatient and left.
Went to the car wash and had items stolen out the car, nothing too important but still good to know the staff can not be trusted
Poor service slow and unsatisfied with the service ,car not cleaned properly,will definitely not wash car there again
