I have been trying for 2 days to speak to someone about diabetic pumps. Reception answers the phone with a mumble then transfers to whoever, nobody answers then you cut off! Yesterday I left a message. I have not received a call back! 24 hours later. Clearly business is booming!

Quick to take your money but don't expect to get your deposit back. Begging doesn't help and all you get are promises. Absolute thieves.

As an oxygen company who supply vital air!!!!, it would be most useful if you could answer your phone. I have been trying to contact someone across your offices since yesterday. I will go elsewhere, as I would have no confidence in your ability to help me in an emergency if this is indicative of your slack attitude.
My child's cylinder doesn't have gas ever since 2019 and you can't get hold of them ,since LockDown no one check on us or visit us to find to out what is happening with their machines up until my child is sick his back at hospital for some months and he got discharged and l can't bring home because of this cylinder,we don't when they deliver they keep on saying wait for the driver
Very dissatisfied with service. Last saw a consultant in December 2019. At least a curtacy call to check during the Covid-19 would have been appreciated. Second machine from you since 2011 never ever has anyone one of these been serviced only checked when you see a consultant my cost for machine R1400 per month and then still increased each year. Cannot get hold of anybody your mailbox is full. When desperately needing a "Nasal oxygen Cannula" would have cost me R280 delivery fee plus the cost of the nasal cannula. In desperation my doctor has kindly sold me the nasal oxygen cannulas at a lower price.
My cylinder don't have the oxygen they said it will keep ...only use about 2 hours ...emty
1 star is too much credit. My 83 year old grandmother was diagnosed with Covid19 and her oxygen levels were dropping dangerously low. It took a few hours for my mom to get hold of Vitalaire and the impatient lady on the other end of the line really just couldn't communicate well enough to get important information across. Finally a whole day later(my gran is now critical) we are told that they are not willing to help Covid19 patients. We wasted hours of precious time and got bad attitude and terrible service.
