I booked in my mower with instructions to service and replace the blade and nothing else. The mower was running beautifully but just needed a clean and change of oil and spark. I race motorcycles and understand engines and carbs! I telephonically received a call with an excessive quote saying I need a new carburetor and this and that etc etc. I told the person I know for a fact the carb is fine and I dont need the other things. I was furious and demanded why I was over quoted for things I dont need. I later received a call back saying it was an error. I collected, paid and went home. Something has been changed on the mower (spite?) - it does not run properly - low revs, no power, cutting out. My carb was sabotaged! NEVER use Glen Mowers, if they don't rip you off they will break your mower to teach you a lesson. Here's my lesson GM.. you get an honest review so people know what dishonest business people you are. **Update to response on 22 January. Your response is a lie and a typical attempt and shirking responsibility. No further comment. My review is accurate and it stands.
