I called 3 branches of Dekra yesterday and not only were they unhelpful, they couldn’t fit me in. I called Global and they were friendly and told me to come in the next morning. I got there today at 7:55am and was out by 8:35am. They were professional and efficient. They can also make number plates on site while you wait. I’ll never go anywhere else again. Thanks guys.

Phoned around 10:00 to check if they were busy or not. Looked like a quiet day. Arrived around 10:30 and left with my certificate of roadworthy around 12:00. Good experience overall and staff were friendly and helpful.
