3 days to get in touch with a prospective customer just to send a form.You never answer your phone how do you hope to do business ?Luckily I looked at hello Peter it seems you owe a lot of people money,thank god you lot are off my list.You also forced me to give one star or you wouldn't publish my comments,you don't deserve a star.

I enlisted the service of Global visas to advise me on the type of visa to apply for whilst in transit through the UK en route to Ireland. Long story short, I was wrongly advised and the visa was declined. I had to cancel the flight a week before which was a stressful and expensive experience. The explanation I received on the phone was that the system did not allow them to proceed with the short-term visa so they applied for a transit visa instead. They also told me I could write a motivational letter to the embassy to explain my circumstances and pay an additional R4000 for an expedited visa which was not even guaranteed! I’ve been doing some research on the visa applications for CTA territories since then and it’s quite clear on the internet that a transit visa is not sufficient for the purpose I required it for. Highly disappointing and unreliable consultancy/expertise! I was also told I would not be issued a refund for the consultants fees! Even though the ladies are pleasant to deal with, I wouldn’t trust their expertise for future services.

My appointment was booked for 9.40am. I arrived at 9.35am and was given a queue token 20. It is now 11am and number 15 is still being attended to. The staff are not reassuring the clients about the delays. There seems to be no urgency.
