Delayed my delivery for over 5 days, instructed me to pay additional VAT charges on the day I was meant to receive my package at an exorbitant price in comparison to the price of the package. After paying VAT their response went dead silent again and I was not informed as to what day I will even receive my package, at this rate I wonder if I ever will, oh and I lost two days of business because my equipment was held up by them, thank you for the worst service in the world and causing me to lose income. And after I received my package the items inside had been damaged and ink spills all over the other items because of mishandling on either globeflight or UPS is part but either way I would not recommend this courier company to anyone as I have lost two of my items in my package due them being damaged and seal being broken.
