have been trying to make a booking by phoning and online with no luck. very bad service delivery but they deduct my money every month with no fail. phone lines also out of order

Terrible - you cannot stop the debit orders despite numerous attempts. Then get told its 20 working days so they will deduct another month because they don't read their emails. DISGUSTING
