Not impressed by Gold and Finance to be included in a mass Whatsapp group of clients having Pledges with G&F...phone numbers and photos for ALL to see....especially when i do not have a Pledge with them any more. People were fleeing from this group before G&F removed me...I spoke up about the violation you see...When I received the notification ....I called them immediately to warn them their data base had been hacked. ( who would do this consciously I thought? )... I was met with arrogance by the member of staff responsible. Obviously has no clue on social media and the implications of violation to their clients privacy.
