The young lady working there has no idea what is happening in the store. How can somebody selling watches have zero knowledge about their products on offer,and not know about a watches movement? Someone listed as an authorised retailer for victorinox says they can not order from victorinox, surprising.

Absolutely appalling service from the manageress.They have no proper reciepts for customers.No refund policy stated & refuse to refund money for their defective item.Very poor quality of their items.If you're considering getting an engagement ring from this store, think again,you will be left disappointed.Workers dont even provide details of the owner as well as the fact they provide incorrect contact information.
