Amazing & Caring Service from the Manager James. I bought spares for my car as you know being a Chef transport is much needed but then LOCKDOWN happened and I lost my job and we had to close up shop. There was no money to repair my car and I had just spent R 3101.00 on spares. Yesterday 10/10/2020 James out of the goodness of His heart refunded me to the last Rand. This is however not the norm as it clearly states no refunds and if so there is a handling fee. After I emailed Him he decided to do the refund. This was so heartwarming and yes a lump in the throat for me because I don't think James knows what He has really done for us. This money has gone to groceries and electricity for two house holds. Yes 2. Let me give you a breakdown. We recently lost our Dad who was the bread winner on moms side, so things are a bit tough. So James you have helped not only my wife and I but Mom, 7 year old grand child which we all support, Two sons and 3 kids aged 4 / 5 & 2 Your kindness is surely and dearly noted and our Prayers go out to You.
