I went to the shop yesterday to buy my corsa light ignition starter switch they gave me the wrong part i went back and i told them to change it and give me the one without the clip they gave me the wrong one again. This is the second time they gave me wrong part in december i went ther to purchase brake cylinder wheel drum for corsa they gave me for golf. please try to pay attention to your customers thank you

I've shopped at Goldwagen Pinetown quite a few times since buying my golf 4 a few years ago. They've always delivered the most reliable parts at good prices. Today was my post impressive visit. After visiting 2 spare shops here in Chatsworth looking for a curved water pipe, I was given a very nonchalant behavior and service from both shops. Not only did they veer away from assisting me, but their disposition to speak to others whilst I enquired for my part, was beyond unprofessional. I took a trip to goldwagen during my lunch and showed them what u needed.. And the gentleman behind the counter asked me describe were this pipe goes before even checking his requisition on his pc. Didn't have it saved. But he still asked a staff member to check out back if there's anything similar... Sure enough, staff member found the part albeit not 100% similar but he assured me will work. Came home.. Fitted it on.. Test drive.. All fine. Thank you Goldwagen. I've learnt my lesson. Next time.. I'll just come to you guys as opposed to giving my business to the incompetent Chatsworth excuses for spare shops. Great service.. Extensive knowledge... Awesome productivity.
